Jeremy is a master of versatility, adept in both residential floor plans and exterior design. Tony grew up in Wake Forest, surrounded by the sounds and scents of construction, igniting his passion for architecture alongside his father.

Originally from Smithfield, NC, Clay's two-decade-long journey in residential design includes cutting his teeth at Raleigh based firm, Design Tech, Inc. Since 2015, Clay has been weaving his magic at Frazier Home Design, not just as a designer but also a project manager. On a personal note, Clay cherishes his role as a loving husband and proud father of four. His true passion lies in designing comfortable homes, where growing families can create new memories and establish cherished traditions. Originating from western Maryland, James was always intrigued by the buildings around him.

In today's episode of Building Raleigh, I am delighted to introduce you to Tony Frazier of Frazier Home Design. At the last stage we will have a final client review where we all walk though each room before we close out the drawings. Once everything is approved, we start adding all of the notes, details, and sections to the drawings. We pass the plans around the office so that they can be checked thoroughly, and then the plans are finalized. James offers a global architectural touch, having worked across England, the USA, Thailand, and Dubai.
The team is essentially drawing your house with you and in front of you, taking in feedback and making changes accordingly. The 22-year-old Frazier, who participated in the NFL Combine and Senior Bowl, played in 47 career games during his time in Morgantown, including totaling 46 starts.
